Welcome to ZenModelX. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website, mobile apps, and any other services we offer (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using ZenModelX in any way, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who Can Use ZenModelX

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZenModelX (or the minimum age required in your country, if that’s higher). If you’re under 18, you’ll need permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

By using ZenModelX, you confirm that:

• You’re not banned from using the Service under any applicable law.

ZenModelX lets you create, upload, and share short videos (“Content”). You keep ownership of the Content you post. However, by posting it, you give ZenModelX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display that Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You’re responsible for what you post. That means your Content must not:

• Infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that promotes violence.
• Include sexually explicit material or content that sexualizes minors in any way.
• Spread false or misleading information intended to deceive people.
• Contain malware, spam, or anything designed to disrupt the Service.
• Violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove any Content that breaks these rules, without prior notice, and to take action against the account responsible.

4. Community Guidelines

Beyond the rules above, we expect everyone on ZenModelX to treat others with basic respect. Bullying, impersonation, coordinated harassment, and attempts to manipulate the platform (like fake engagement, bots, or vote manipulation) are not allowed and may result in a suspension or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

ZenModelX, including our logo, design, software, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on ZenModelX without permission, please contact us with the details so we can look into it and take appropriate action.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or content that we don’t control. We’re not responsible for what you find there, and including a link doesn’t mean we endorse it. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If ZenModelX offers paid features, subscriptions, or virtual items, additional terms about pricing, billing, and refunds may apply and will be shown to you at the time of purchase. Prices may change, and we’ll do our best to give you notice before any change that affects an active subscription.

8. Termination

You can stop using ZenModelX and delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. Where possible, we’ll try to give you advance notice.

9. Disclaimers

ZenModelX is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. Use it at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ZenModelX and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or in the law. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know through the app, by email, or by posting a notice on our website. Continuing to use ZenModelX after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
